I went with a friend who was in the market for a sound system. We were greeted by an associate and he indicated that someone who's more knowledgeable about the sound systems would be helping us. We waited quite awhile and eventually had to approach an associate who was ringing up another customer. When he was done he came and helped us. He answered our questions and my friend decided to purchase the item. In the end we got what we came for.

It was time to buy a new TV, so Rani R said that the after Christmas is a good time to look for "open box" specials. We went on New Year's Day and the store was pretty empty. We immediately found the perfect size TV for a good price. The store sign showed a QR code and instructed us to log in and wait for assistance, but the guys a few feet away at the counter were able to help us before the log in process did. They were very polite and thorough, which was important since I was also requesting wall-mount installation service. Did you know that depending on if you have wood or steel-framed walls, it matters what type of wall-mount you can install to prevent damaging to the studs/wall? I would never have known that. Purchasing the TV, extended warranty, etc. was a very smooth, painless experience and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get my TV installed just a few days later, at my convenience. Plus the installers bring the TV when they come, so we didn't need to figure out how to transport the huge box home in my vehicle. I haven't bought a new TV in nearly 20 years; I am happy that the process is so simple now. The Best Buy installation team is really why I am writing this review. I've never had a TV installed before, but since I wanted it wall-mounted, I wanted the pros to take care of it, and wow, were they professional! I had cleared the space, and taped newspaper to cover the wall & crack between the furniture where I figured the drilling would cause sawdust to fall. The installers actually brought their own plastic bag to catch the sawdust, so I didn't even need to do that! Before the installers brought in the tv box, they even placed a floor covering to protect my carpet. Installation was smooth, efficient, and in the end, there were a few pieces of tape on the floor. I saw the installer pick them up, so I brought my rubbish can so he could throw them out. He politely declined and placed it with the rubbish that they took away with them. Finally, after the TV was secured to the wall, they reinstalled our accessories (cable box, fire stick, video game player), and logged into all of our accounts, to ensure everything worked. Most of us have access to stores where we can probably pay less than retail for a TV--warehouse stores and PXes could save you a few bucks, but the Best Buy installation service is why I will absolutely return to Best Buy the next time I want to purchase a TV to be wall-mounted again. They did a beautiful job, and it was worth every penny to let the pros do it.

Zach the manager was very helpful last night. We were walking in & he was walking towards our direction & immediately made eye contact & asked if we needed help. We then told him what we were looking for & he told us exactly where to look for it & what to look for. We found it & were so thankful because it was the last one on the shelf hanger. Then when we were going to the register, Zach saw us again to make sure we got the correct remote & walked us all the way to the register. We were so excited that we actually found what we needed & that it would work. Thank you Zach for making this visit very productive. You made us feel welcome & made us feel like valued customers ! Will definitely be back for all of our electronic needs.
